- 30.08.2011: Cargolux announced that the delivery of the first Boeing 747-8F, LX-VCB, will take place on 20th September 2011. The second aircraft, LX-VCD, will be delivered 2 days later.

- 22.06.2011: As announced a Boeing 747-800F arrived for the first time in Luxembourg. N50217 arrived on 22nd June with 4 hours delay at about 22:30.
During the next day, Cargolux made some tests inside the new Hangar with about 1000 invited guests.
On 24th June Boeing 522 departed again to Seattle.
- 08.06.2011: State Visit of the president of Tadjikistan (with Somon Air Boeing 737-800, EY-777) and of the prime-minister of Qatar (with Qatar Amiri Flight Airbus A330-200, A7-HJJ)
- 24.05.2011: Luxembourg Air Rescue received 2 new aircrafts (Learjet 45). LX-EAA and LX-LAA, in new colors.
- 06.04.2011: Two National Airlines McDonnell Douglas DC-8 arrived withing 5 minutes. First N155CA followed by N872CA in full National Colors.
- 02.04.2011: Air Bridge Cargo Boeing 747 in maintenance: VP-BIC, VP-BIJ and VQ-BIA.
- 08.03.2011: TF-NAC back in maintenance.
- 04.03.2011: KLM PH-BFP in maintenance.
- 03.03.2011: LX-ACV, the latest Boeing 747 for Cargolux arrived in Luxembourg.
- 02.03.2011: LX-LCV had his registration removed. It is going to UPS as N582UP in the next days.
- 05.02.2011: Today Luxair LX-LGF, the fifth Dash 8 Q400 arrived at Luxembourg airport. It should start regular flights within the next weeks.
